Do You Love Jesus?

People who attend the churches of Christendom say they
love Jesus. These same people claim that they would gladly
invite Jesus and his apostles into their home to talk to them.

Would they really?

Christ and his apostles were proselytizers: that means they
tried to convert others to their faith and to their way of
thinking.
That meant going door-to-door publicly announcing
Jehovah’s plan to return rulership of the earth back to Himself,
just like
Jehovah’s Witnesses do.

Jesus at door

1 He called his twelve disciples to him and gave them
authority to drive out evil spirits and to heal every
disease and sickness. 5 These twelve Jesus sent out
with the following instructions: "Do not go among the
Gentiles or enter any town of the Samaritans. 6 Go
rather to the lost sheep of Israel. 7 As you go, preach
this message
:
'The kingdom of heaven is near.'
(Matthew 10:1,5-7) (NIV)

"Then Jesus entered a house, and again a crowd gathered,
so that he and his disciples were not even able to eat."
(Mark 3:20) (NIV)

"Then they spoke the word of the Lord to him and to all the
others in his house."
(Acts 16:32) (NIV)

"You know that I have not hesitated to preach anything that
would be helpful to you but have taught you publicly and
from house to house."

(Acts 20:20) (NIV)

"Day after day, in the temple courts and from house to house,
they never stopped teaching and proclaiming the good news."

(Acts 5:42) (NIV)

Christ and his followers preached about Armageddon and
the new kingdom almost two thousand years ago?

That must have been annoying!

When the Messiah and his followers tried to instruct the Jews
about how to show proper respect for his father, Jehovah, the
Pharisees, the most orthodox of the Jews, did not want to
learn from him; instead, they got offended.

How could the Jews be offended by Christ and the Apostles?
They had at one time worshipped the same God, Jehovah!

1About this time some Pharisees and teachers of the Law
of Moses came from Jerusalem. They asked Jesus, 2 "Why
don't your disciples obey what our ancestors taught us to do?
They don't even wash their hands before they eat."
3 Jesus
answered: Why do you
disobey God and follow your own
teaching?
4 Didn't God command you to respect your father
and mother? Didn't he tell you to put to death all who curse
their parents? 5 But you let people get by without helping their
parents when they should. You let them say that what they have
has been offered to God. 6 Is this any way to show respect to
your parents?
You ignore God's commands in order to follow
your own teaching.
7 And you are nothing but show-offs! Isaiah
the prophet was right when he wrote that God had said, 8 "All of
you praise me with your words, but you never really think about
me. 9 It is useless for you to worship me, when you teach rules
made up by humans
." 10 Jesus called the crowd together and said,
"Pay attention and try to understand what I mean. 11 The food that
you put into your mouth doesn't make you unclean and unfit to
worship God. The bad words that come out of your mouth are
what make you unclean." 12 Then his disciples came over to him
and asked, "Do you know that you insulted the Pharisees by
what you said?"
13 Jesus answered, "Every plant that my Father in
heaven did not plant will be pulled up by the roots. 14 Stay away from
those Pharisees! They are like blind people leading other blind
people, and all of them will fall into a ditch.
"
(Matthew 15:1-14) (New International Version)

In fact, the very people he was trying so hard to reach
did not want to listen to him, they wanted to kill him:

15 On reaching Jerusalem, Jesus entered the temple area
and began driving out those who were buying and selling
there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and
the benches of those selling doves, 16 and would not allow
anyone to carry merchandise through the temple courts.
17 And as he taught them, he said, "Is it not written: " 'My
house will be called a house of prayer for all nations'? But
you have made it 'a den of robbers.' " 18 The chief priests
and the teachers of the law heard this and began looking
for a way to kill him, for they feared him, because the whole
crowd was amazed at his teaching.
(Mark 11:15-18) (NIV)

Yet Christ continued to promote his father's name publicly.
In prayer to his Father, His Son said:

"O righteous Father, even though the world does not know
you, I know you, and these know that you have sent me. I
made known to them your name, and I will continue to make
it known... I have manifested Your name to the men whom
You gave me out of the world."
(John 17:25,26,6) (English Standard Version)

What ability did Christ have to show his authority? How did
he prove to the people that he was indeed the Messiah?

He and his apostles had the power to perform miracles.
This made them a great attraction to the general public.

"So they began their circuit of the villages, preaching the
Good News
and healing the sick."

(Luke 9:6) (New Living Translation)

If Jehovah's Witnesses could heal the sick, raise the dead, and
bring sight and hearing back to the deaf and blind; maybe people
today would not be so annoyed with them. Unfortunately, the
Bible makes it clear that although the prophets of old could
perform miracles and so could the apostles - those miraculous
powers would end and never be seen again from Jehovah until
Christ returns to the earth.

"...But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where
there are tongues, they will be stilled..."
(1Corinthians 13:8) (NIV)

So Jehovah's Witnesses are operating with a disadvantage -
they have all the spunk and zeal of the early Christians and
they preach the same good news but have nothing to really
dazzle the house-holders with except a pamphlet or magazine
which usually only irritates the householder.

Why do they do it?

This is everybody’s opportunity to learn the truth and
show faith in it. Proof is not being offered anymore.
There will be no widespread show of miracles. People
who lack faith will not believe the truth when they hear
it and that will be their undoing:

"Behold, YOU scoffers, and marvel, and perish; for I am
accomplishing a work in YOUR days, a work which YOU
will never believe, though someone should describe it to
YOU.'"

(Acts 13:41) (New American Standard Bible)

Jehovah's Witnesses do indeed endure the smirks and laughter
when today’s comedians portray them as mindless fools.

Why do they put up with it?

"But you shall speak My words to them whether they listen or not."
(Ezekiel 2:7) (NASB)

There is no money in it for them so they must be
driven by some really powerful force. And they are.

"...but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has
come upon you; and you shall be My witnesses...
even to the remotest parts of the earth."

(Acts 1:8) (NASB)

Like John the Baptist, someone has to pave the way for the coming
of Christ. Jehovah is getting ready to send his Son back a second time.
Only this time his Son will return as a KING - ready to battle with God's
enemies, and to take over rule of the entire earth. This good news that
“will be preached” was prophesied before our Saviour was even born:

"See, I will send my messenger, who will prepare the way before
me. Then suddenly the Lord you are seeking will come... But who
can endure the day of his coming? Who can stand when he appears?
For he will be like a refiner's fire or a launderer's soap. "
(Malachi 3:1,2)  (NIV)

"But before the end comes, the good news must be
preached to all nations."
(Mark 13:10) (CEV)

Jehovah's people - His Witnesses - are doing this very special
work for HIM. They are almost seven million strong and present
in every country - almost like a plague upon the earth.

"...ye are my witnesses, saith Jehovah, and I am God. "
(Isaiah 43:12) (ASV)

"And He ordered us to preach to the people, and solemnly to testify
that this is the One who has been appointed by God as Judge..."

(Acts 10:42) (NASB)

Jehovah's Witnesses do not care if anyone likes them
or not - for they have someone much more important
to answer to - someone much higher has sent them.

1 In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who
will judge the living and the dead, and in view of
his appearing and his kingdom, I give you this
charge: 2 Preach the Word; be prepared in season
and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—
with great patience and careful instruction.

(2Timothy 4:1,2) (NIV)

Many people consider Jehovah's Witnesses to be a “plague”
in the world. Plague or not - they are here to stay and will
not let up until Christ returns. Yes, right to the very end
:

14And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached
in the whole world as a testimony to all nations,
and then the end will come.
(Matthew 24:14) (NIV)

People have a choice now. They can join others in laughing
at Jehovah’s servants or they can listen to them.

What do they have to say?

God's Son is not even named Jesus!

That is another fraud perpetuated upon the Christian
masses. It is fairly common knowledge that Christ's
name in the Hebrew texts of the Bible is "Yeshua".
Whenever the name "Yeshua" is enountered it is
supposed to be translated to "Joshua". This is as it
should be.

"Jesus - In Hebrew it is the same as Joshua.
In two places [Acts 7:45 and Hebrews 4:8] in
the New Testament it is used where is means
Joshua, the leader of the Jews into Canaan,
and in our translation the name Joshua should
have been retained."
-Albert Barnes' -
Notes on the New Testament
Notes on Matthew 1:21

"Joshua" or "Jehoshua" translates
as "The Salvation of Jehovah".

"(Joshua) Yahshua/Yahushua/Yahoshua, is the
correct Name for the Savior. In all spellings and
pronunciation, the Name is rendered to mean
"salvation of YAH" or "YAH'S salvation/ (His)
Savior." The Name (Joshua) in its fullest translation
means, "He (YAH) shall save His people. (Yah or
Jah - is an abbreviation for Jehovah) (Just as Yeshua
(Joshua) is an abbreviation for Yehoshuah or Jehoshuah) -
(meaning - The Salvation of Jehovah - or Jehovah's Savior)."
-COME OUT OF HER MY PEOPLE,
   by C. J. Koster

We can  see why Jehovah chose this name for his Son -
because "Jehoshua" is to be the means by which Jehovah
would provide Salvation to Mankind. This is in total agreement
with the prophet Joel, who said that only those calling upon the
name of "Jehovah" would be saved.

"And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call
on the name of Jehovah shall be delivered..."
(Joel 2:32) (ASV)

So how did Jehoshua Christ become known as "Jesus"?

"It is known that the Greek name endings with sus,
seus, and sous were attached by the Greeks to names
and geographical areas as means to give honour to
their supreme deity, Zeus."
-Dictionary of Christian Lore and Legend
   Professor J. C. J. Metford

So what does the name, "Jesus" Mean, in Greek?

"Some authorities, who have spent their entire
lives studying the origins of names believe
that "Jesus" actually means - "Hail Zeus!"
For Iesous in Greek IS "Hail Zeus."
"Ie" translates as "Hail" and "sous"
or "sus" translates as Zeus.
The English
name "Jesus", therefore, stems etymologically
from "Jupiter-Zeus" the chief god of the
ancient Greek Olympus."
-"Yeshua" or "Jesus" -- Which?
Biblical Research Institute; 1996
  by Les Aron Gosling

All of the world's people think that "Jesus" Christ is mankind's
savior thanks to heroic efforts of past charlatans to alter the
Bible to suit their purpose.

Now that the world's Christians believe that
"Jesus is our salvation", what then?

All English-speaking Christians actually utter "Hail Zeus" when
they really want to address our Saviour and King!

"...for they shall cry unto Jehovah because of oppressors,
and he will send them a saviour, and a defender, and he
will deliver them."
(Isaiah 19:20) (ASV)

But that is not all!

We have a quaint way of ending our prayers that
has also got to stop. Now is a good time.

Amen

According to the online Encyclopedia Wikipedia:

Amun (also spelled Amon, Amoun, Amen, and
rarely Imen,
Greek Ἄμμων Ammon, and Ἅμμων
Hammon, reconstructed
Egyptian Yamānu) was
the name of a
deity, in Egyptian mythology, who
gradually rose to become one of the most important
deities in Ancient Egypt, before fading into obscurity.

From: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amun

We have all been tricked into ending our
prayers with the name of an Egyptian god!

"In the past God overlooked such ignorance, but now he
commands all people everywhere to repent. For he has
set a day when he will judge the world with justice by
the man he has appointed. He has given proof of this
to all men by raising him from the dead."
(Acts 17:30,31) (NIV)

Are the people who say: “I love Jesus” and “I love God”
but hate Jehovah's Witnesses just deluding themselves?

Who Tampered With
the Bible Scriptures?

The Bible was written thousands of years ago by the
prophets designated by Jehovah, the God who created
us and the entire universe. Through the ages, many people
copied the scriptures carefully and accurately because they
knew that the words written were from Jehovah God
Almighty Himself.

Is it possible that in recent years some people may have
actually altered the written words so as to change the
meaning drastically? Are there scriptures in the Bible
now that were added without Jehovah’s consent?

Who are these people who dared to alter the Bible and
why did they dare to make unauthorized changes?

Despite the Bible’s warnings not to add to, nor take
away from the words of the Holy Scriptures
, some
translators and copyists have altered and changed the
wording of various scriptures in order to support false
beliefs such as the Trinity Dogma.

Was that a good idea?

18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the
prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things,
God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
19
And if any man shall take away from the words of the book
of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of
life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written
in this book
.”
(Revelation 22:18-19) (King James Version)

While some verses were added that were not part of the
original text, God’s name, Jehovah, was removed to obscure
the distinction between God and His son – such as:

“44 The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my
right hand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool?”
(Matthew 22:44) (KJV)

Which lord is which?

The answer is obvious when the scripture has
not been tampered with:

Jehovah said to my Lord: ‘Sit at my right hand until
I put your enemies beneath your feet?’”
(Matthew 22:44) (New World Translation)

What do Bible Scholars say about mistranslation of the Bible?

What I discovered in most of the versions of the Bible produced
by trinitarians which I studied
- is irrefutable proof of intentional
 mistranslation
of words which refer to the spirit of God.
  This
statement is not intended as an antagonistic denunciation of those
translators. It is simply a statement of fact, and
it is a fact that no
scholar on earth can refute.
In the versions of the holy scriptures
which they produce, I learned that Christian trinitarians
routinely
and purposely
mistranslate Greek pronouns,
so as to promote
the doctrine of the holy Trinity.”

”Every time a trinitarian finger is pointed to a verse or to a word
which might, by a great stretch of imagination, be interpreted
as endorsing the doctrine of a “holy Trinity”, it only serves to show
how devoted to his faith a trinitarian can become.”
-The Influence of Trinitarian Doctrine on Translations of the Bible
   by John David Clark, Sr

From: http://www.isaiah58.com/TRINITY.HTM

“It’s interesting to see that many of the scriptural “evidences”
said to be in favor of the doctrine of the Trinity, are grounded
in mistranslation, errors in textual transmission,
and sometimes
even outright forgery
. These can often be exposed by even a
cursory glance at an English/Greek interlinear Bible or a Greek
concordance.”

“After all, if the Bible already clearly taught that God existed as
‘three co-equal and co-eternal persons,’ it should hardly seem
necessary to tamper with the text. The truth is, it’s unlikely the
idea of a triune God could have ever been derived from the pages
of scripture as originally given by God, for it seems to have been
unknown to the writers of God’s Word, and to the first century
church.”
-The Trinity- A Doctrine Overdue for Extinction; Part 2
”Imperfections in the King James Version”
by Ted Whitten

Was, for example, 1John 5:7-8 altered?

1 John 5
7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father,
the Word, and the Holy Ghost
: and these three are one.
(1John 5:7) (KJV)

The NIV translation of the Bible says that it is so:

1 John 5
6 This is the one who came by water and blood—Jesus Christ.
He did not come by water only, but by water and blood. And
it is the Spirit who testifies, because the Spirit is the truth.
7 For there are three that testify:
8 the Spirit, the water and the
blood
; and the three are in agreement.

Footnotes

5:7,8 Late manuscripts of the Vulgate testify in heaven: the Father,
the Word and the Holy Spirit, and these three are one. 8 And there
are three that testify on earth: the (
not found in any Greek
manuscript before the sixteenth century
).

http://www.biblegateway.com/cgi-bin/bible?language=
english&passage=1john+5%3A6-9&version=NIV

So where did this alteration come from?

1 John 5:7     "This verse has no basis in the
Greek text.
Under Roman Catholic pressure,
Erasmus inserted them...
They are not a part
of the inspired Bible
"
(Word Meanings in the NT ,  Ralph Earle. P. 452).

What about Matthew 28:19?

19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the
name of
the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.
(Matthew 28:19)
(KJV)

“When did the corruption of the baptismal formula arise?
According to Canney’s Encyclopedia of Religion,
the early
church baptized in the name of Jesus
until the second century.
Encyclopaedia Brittanica (11th ed., Vol 3, p365) agrees, stating
that baptism was changed
from the name of Jesus to the words
Father, Son, and Holy Ghost
in the 2nd century.  And in Volume
2 of the Encyclopaedia of Religion and Ethics, p.389, it notes that
baptism was always performed in the name of Jesus until the time
of Justin Martyr.”

From: http://members.aol.com/BRIHOECK7/Lie.html

Who rewrote the Bible to support the Trinity Doctrine?

”Learned men, so called Correctores were, following the church
meeting at Nicea 325 AD
, selected by the church authorities to
scrutinize the sacred texts and rewrite them in order to correct
their meaning
in accordance with the views which the church
had just sanctioned.”

-Einfhrung in die Textkritik des griechischen
 Testaments: Eberhard Nestle

Despite the fact that God's Son repeatedly confirmed many
times that his Father was distinct and superior to himself,
the newly formed doctrine of the Nicea Council completely
ignored his teachings.

The trinity doctrine says they are equal, but…

Christ said that his Father was greater than he was:

28 You have already heard me say that I am going and that I will
also come back to you. If you really love me, you should be glad
that I am going back to
the Father, because he is greater than I am.
(John 14:28) (Contemporary English Version)

He said that there were some things he didn’t know

36 ”However, no one knows the day or the hour when these things
will happen, not even the angels in heaven
or the Son himself.
Only the Father knows.
(Matthew 24:36) (New Living Translation)

…and some authority that belonged to his Father was not his

20 Then the mother of Zebedee’s sons came to Jesus with her sons
and, kneeling down, asked a favor of him. 21 ”What is it you want?”
he asked. She said, “Grant that one of these two sons of mine may
sit at your right and the other at your left in your kingdom.”
22 ”You don’t know what you are asking,” Jesus said to them. “Can
you drink the cup I am going to drink?” “We can,” they answered.
23 Jesus said to them, “You will indeed drink from my cup,
but to sit
at my right or left is not for me to grant. These places belong to
those for whom they have been prepared by my Father.”

(Matthew 20:20-23) (New International Version)

...yet Trinitarians ignore these and many other
scriptures where Christ denied equality with God.

They had to do this to make the trinity doctrine work.

Over the years, various Scholars have researched the
question - "why are there contradictory statements
in the Bible"?
Why would Christ say he was not God
in many scriptures and then declare he is God in a
few others?

The experts have come up with findings that religious
pressure to support the Trinity Dogma caused some
copyists and translators to falsely insert and alter
certain scriptures in order to support the pagan trinity
formula that ancient Rome forced upon all of her subjects.

Was everybody fooled?

“Who but a thoroughly deluded man would be so bold as, to
intentionally mistranslate for his own doctrinal purposes,
the
words of the apostles of Jesus
? Who but a thoroughly deluded
man could have so little fear of the righteous judgment of God
that he would publish a translation of the Greek that he himself
knows is unfaithful to the original words, as almost all the translators
in this study have done? Jesus said that the time would come when
his followers would be murdered by those who think that they are
doing a service to God (John 16:2).”

“And if throughout Christianity’s sordid history its leaders have
felt constrained by their faith to execute people, for the simple “crime”
of refusing to receive some of its teachings, why should it be surprising
to learn that Christianity’s scholars feel free to alter, without comment,
some of the words of the Greek text in order to promote their trinitarian
doctrine?”
-The Influence of Trinitarian Doctrine  on Translations of the Bible
   by John David Clark, Sr

From: http://www.isaiah58.com/TRINITY.HTM

So today, many still believe the pagan trinity lie - and equate
it with true Christianity, while those who reject it as spurious
are labeled as a cult.  They have thus pronounced good as
being bad - and evil as being good!

20 Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who
put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter
for sweet and sweet for bitter.

(Isaiah 5:20) (NIV)

In this, the last days - all of these false doctrines, which came
from pagan Rome, would be exposed. Unfortunately, not all
will seek the light but actually prefer the darkness and have
the gall to call it “the light”.

The good news is that there is a group of people who
preach the truth and there are Bibles in existence that have
been translated faithfully into English without deliberate
miswording. One of them is the New World Translation Bible.
This Bible may be acquired from any of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

ONCE SAVED -

ARE WE ALWAYS SAVED?

One of the most popular beliefs promoted by the
clergy for
members of Christendom is the belief that

"once we are saved, we are always saved".

BUT WHAT DOES THE BIBLE SAY?

"You see that a man is justified - pronounced righteous before
God - through what he does and not alone through faith..."
(James 2:24) (Amplified Bible)

People do love the idea that they can be saved
and nothing that they do after that matters.

CAN WE REALLY GET AWAY WITH ANYTHING
AS LONG AS WE BELIEVE IN CHRIST?

What did our Savior say?

"Make every effort to enter through the narrow door, because
many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able to."
(Luke 13:23,24) (New International Version)

"If you don't stay joined to me, you will be thrown away."
(John 15:6) (Contemporary English Version)

We must hold firmly to our Christian faith because,
unlike what we may hear in some churches or on
religious television programs, the Bible clearly says
we can fall away. It tells of Christians who abandoned
"the straight path."

"They have left the straight way and wandered off. If they have
escaped the corruption of the world by knowing our Lord and
Savior Jesus Christ and are again entangled in it and overcome,
they are worse off at the end than they were at the beginning."
(2Peter 2:15,20 (NIV)

"If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received
the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left, but
only a fearful expectation of judgment and of raging fire
that will consume the enemies of God."
(Hebrews 10:26,27) (NIV)

8 The person who keeps on sinning belongs to the devil.
The devil has sinned from the beginning. But the Son
of God came to destroy the works of the devil.
(1John 3:8) (New Life Version)

Many people want the blessings but not the
responsibility of following and obeying Christ.
In fact, the word "obey" often disturbs them.
Yet our beloved savior said:

”Then come and be my follower."
(Luke 18:22) (CEV)

And the Bible states:

"He will punish those who do not obey the gospel of
our Lord Jesus. They will be punished with everlasting
destruction and shut out from the presence of the Lord
and from the majesty of his power."
(2Thessalonians 1:8,9) (NIV)

Although Faith is essential - if it is not backed
by good works and good deeds - it is dead.
Both works and faith together are needed to
please God and to receive salvation.

"But when a righteous man turns away from his righteousness,
commits iniquity and does according to all the abominations
that a wicked man does, will he live? All his righteous deeds
which he has done will not be remembered for his treachery
which he has committed and his sin which he has committed;
for them he will die. "
(Ezekiel 18:24) (New American Standard Bible)

"When the righteous turns from his righteousness
and commits iniquity, then he shall die in it."
(Ezekiel 33:18) (NASB)

Indeed - we are judged by what we do and
not by faith alone.  The Scriptures say clearly
that this is the case:

"What good is it, my brothers, if a man claims to have faith but
has no deeds? Can such faith save him? "Suppose a brother or
sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you says to him,
'Go, I wish you well; keep warm and well fed,' but does nothing
about his physical needs, what good is it? In the same way, faith
by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead."
(James 2:14-17) (NIV)

"But someone will say, “You have faith; I have deeds.” Show me
your faith without deeds,
and I will show you my faith by what
I do
. You believe that there is one God. Good!
Even the demons
believe that–and shudder
. You foolish man, do you want evidence
that faith without deeds is useless?"
(James 2:18-20) (NIV)

"Was not our ancestor Abraham considered righteous for what
he did when he offered his son Isaac on the altar? You see that
his faith and his actions were working together, and his faith was
made complete by what he did. And the scripture was fulfilled
that says,"Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as
righteousness," and he was called God's friend. You see that a
person is justified by what he does and not by faith alone."
(James 2:21-24) (NIV)

"As the body without the spirit is dead,
so faith without deeds is dead."
(James 2:26) (NIV)

"God will give to each person according to what he has done."
(Romans 2:6) (NIV)

"...each will receive his own reward according to his own labor."
(1Corinthians 3:8) (NASB)

What labor?

30 If you are not on my side, you are against me. If you
don't gather in the harvest with me, you scatter it.
(Matthew 12:30) (CEV)

37 He said to his disciples, "The harvest is
so great, but the workers are so few."
(Matthew 9:37) (NLT)

What harvest?

7 Go and announce to them that the Kingdom of Heaven is near.
(Matthew 10:7) (NLT)

The ministers of Christendom seldom talk about
the Kingdom of Heaven, except to say that "when
we die, we will all go to Heaven.”

Are the people dozing in the pews following Christ?

Do they go home from church and tell their neighbors
that ”the kingdom of Heaven is near”?

Do they do any kind of preaching work or do they
let their priests and ministers do it for them?

We have a choice to make. We can help with
the “harvest” or scatter it.

Which is the wise choice?

"And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the
throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened,
which is the book of life. The dead were
judged according
to what they had done
as recorded in the books."
(Revelation 20:12) (NIV)

Christ Is Ready
for the Harvest

harvest 2

The world is a shambles and getting worse every day.
People all over the world are asking:

Why were our homes destroyed by earthquakes,
fires and flooding?

Why is there so much violence and warfare?
Why is the economy so bad?
Why is my job gone?

What will happen next?

Why is the world a shambles?

Mankind was allowed to run amuck in this world
for many thousands of years. Just look at what
we have accomplished!

What does the world have?

Poverty and famines.
Widespread hatred.
Oppression, wars, pollution, disease, squalor, unrest and despair.

Not only that, but the problems are growing!

Not once have the governmental leaders of this world,
in their wisdom, ever solved any of these problems in
any country.

They never have and never will. Because of widespread
corruption and incompetence, the world’s leaders solely
look out for their own interests and disregard the problems
of the people they supposedly serve.

Who can save the world from certain disaster?

"...for they shall cry unto Jehovah because of oppressors,
and he will send them a saviour, and a defender, and he
will deliver them."
(Isaiah 19:20) (ASV)

"...At the time that God has already decided,
he will send Christ back again."
(1Timothy 6:15) (CEV)

That is wonderful news! Jehovah and His son
are about to do something about the havoc
and chaos in the world soon.

But what must occur first?

A small thing – and yet – a large accomplishment!

Before God’s son takes over, all of his true followers
must stop calling him "Jesus".

Why?

"The Hebrews called their coming Savior, the Messiah,
Jahshuawah (Jehoshua). The disciples of the Savior
accepted Him as such, and to them He was known as
Jahshuwah the Messiah. The Greeks, however, rejected
the Hebrew name, and called Him (IESOUS-Jesus) instead."
- The Origin of Christianity
by A.B. Traina

"It is interesting to note - that throughout his life - the
one now known as Jesus Christ never did hear himself
called by that name."
- "Man’s Great Adventure,"
by Edwin W. Pharlow, professor of history,
Ohio State University.

"It is known that the Greek name endings with sus,
seus and sous were attached by the Greeks to names
and geographical areas as means to give honour to
their supreme deity, Zeus."
-Dictionary of Christian Lore and Legend
Professor J. C. J. Metford

That is why. God’s son is not Jesus! Just as the Bible
translators substituted "GOD" and "LORD" for God’s
actual name, Jehovah, they also painstakingly traded
"Jesus" for "Jehoshua" in place of Christ’s true name.

Has it always been that way?

"In the 1611 KJ New Testatment the name Yahshua
(Yehoshua) appeared originally wherever the Messiah
was spoken of. Yehoshua means Yehovah's (Jehovah's)
Salvation. Later the Messiah's name was replaced with
Iesus (Greek) which later in the 1600's it became Jesus
starting with the new English letter 'J' which was
introduced at that time. Further, the Greek 'Iesus'
comes from the name Zeus, the ruling God in the
Greek pantheon."
-Gospel of The Kingdom
True Names and Title
Dr. Henry Clifford Kinley
1931 - Ohio USA

Instead, true Christians will let go of Christendom’s
three-headed trinity god named Jesus and call our
savior by his correct name.

Jehoshua

Christ's name (Jehoshua) is of Hebrew origin and
is taken from the name Yehoshua, which in English
is often translated as Joshua. Yehoshua, in Hebrew
means "Yehovah Saves".
-Strong's Exhaustive Concordance

Jehoshua was the name given to Christ by
his heavenly Father, Jehovah God. Many years
after his death - Rome changed his name to
suit their pagan heritage and to please their
pagan converts. "Ieous" was Greek for "Hail
Zeus", which was translated later into English
as "Jesus". And this error has continued to the
present. "The name Joshua (Jehoshua) derives
its greatest importance and highest sanctity
from the fact that it was sacredly chosen as the
name to be borne by the Messiah. This name was
corrupted and altered in time into the name Jesus."
--Personal Names in the Bible
by Dr. W.F. Wilkinson, M.A.
Joint Editor of Webster and Wilkinson's
Greek Testament: pages 342-343.

"Jesus. That was a name given to him many years after
His death. Rome wanted to remove any Jewishness from
the new church. They eliminated His Jewish name and
blended the name of Zeus in order to make it comfortable
for all those who had previously worshipped the Greek
and Roman gods. Since Zeus was the top god of their
experience, attaching the name Ioesus (hail Zeus) to
Yahshua - gave Him top priority in the worship hierarchy."

Believer or Follower?
The Sound of the Shofar
By Jon Thompson

CHRIST DECLARED :

"I have come in My Father's name and with His power..."
(John 5:43) (AMP)

And as we can plainly see, that name is not "Jesus"!

Christ will not take action on behalf of his true followers
until they give up their "J-zeus" error. Only when Jehovah's
people begin to call upon "Jehoshua" - will they obtain the
Salvation that Jehovah has promised to them.

But some will balk against such a change!

They will resist this request from God's Chosen King.
For whatever reason, there are some that will rather
leave Jehovah's earthly organization rather than
call Christ "Jehoshua".

That would be "the weeds".

"The owner's servants came to him and said, 'Sir, didn't
you sow good seed in your field? Where then did the
weeds come from?' 'An enemy did this,' he replied. "The
servants asked him, 'Do you want us to go and pull them
up?' 'No,' he answered, 'because while you are pulling the
weeds, you may root up the wheat with them. Let both
grow together until the harvest. At that time I will tell the
harvesters: First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles
to be burned; then gather the wheat and bring it into my barn.' "
(Matthew 13:27-30) (NIV)

All over the world weeds have been sown in with the faithful.
They have served Jehovah side by side for some time now
just as Jehoshua Christ said they would. The time has finally
come to sort the weeds from the wheat.

"Be patient like those farmers and don't give up.
The Lord will soon be here!"
(James 5:8) (CEV)

"...I know you can't stomach evil, that you weed
out apostolic pretenders..."
(Revelation 2:2) (MSG)

"...limp souls. Useless as weeds, fragile as grass,
insubstantial as wind-blown chaff."
(2Kings 19:26) (MSG)

"...Soon, oh very soon, her harvest will come
and then the chaff will fly!'"
(Jeremiah 51:29) (MSG)

"I know your deeds... You have kept My word,
and have not denied My name."
(Revelation 3:8) (NASB)

And it was for this very reason that Christ waited so
long to reveal this truth to his followers. The Harvest
wasn't ready and he didn't want to uproot the wheat
with the weeds. But now that will not be a problem
anymore because the Harvest is ready.

The First Command directed to Jehovah's people by
God's chosen King, Jehoshua, is to begin calling
Christ by his rightful name. It is not a difficult thing
to do but it will mean putting God and Christ first
in our lives and it may also mean a loss of favor with
the rest of the Jesus-worshiping world.

A similar but tremendous dividing work happened
when Jehovah God began to take out of the nations
A People For His name. When the International Bible
Students made the decision to become "Jehovah’s
Witnesses" - to fulfil Bible Prophecy and identify
themselves as His people, some fell away - as they
were weed-like and refused to be called by Jehovah's
Divine Name.

This same dividing or separating - is happening again
today - at this time of "The End". But now, instead of
Jehovah’s name separating true followers from the
unfaithful, this time it will be the name of God's Son,
"Jehoshua" Christ that will uproot the weeds that were
sown by Satan.

A choice has to be made. A choice will be made.
One way or the other - each of us will choose the
side on which we will stand. From such a small
change will come a tremendous accomplisment.

THE HARVEST IS ON!

The wheat and weeds are about to be sorted and gathered.

Which side will we choose?
"Jesus" or "Jehoshua"?

"Now what I am commanding you today is not too
difficult for you or beyond your reach. No, the word
is very near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart
so you may obey it."
(Deuteronomy 30:11,14) (NIV)

"...YOU will by no means see me until YOU say,
‘Blessed is he that comes in Jehovah’s name.’"
(Luke 13:35) (NWT)

"There is salvation in no one else! God has given no
other name under heaven by which we must be saved."
(Acts 4:12) (NLT)

"Blessed is he who is coming In the name of Jehovah..."
(Psalm 118:26) (YLT)

And while we are at it…

ARE YOU SAYING "AMEN" – IN IGNORANCE ?

"By ending our prayers in 'amen'... one could very
well ask, "Have we been misled to invoke the name
of the Egyptian 'Sun-god' at the end of our prayers?"
-United Hebrew Congregation
Charles J. Voss

It is common to end a discourse on spiritual matters,
(or end a prayer) with (the word) "Amen". Few of us
realize that the word 'Amen' is an Egyptian word. It
refers to the Egyptian god of Thebes. The Hebrews
adopted the word and it passed into Christian use as
"Amen". It is a petition for (the god - Amen) to fulfill
our words.
- MYSTIC GIFTS FROM ANCIENT EGYPT
By Dr John Palo ; 1999

The Israelite exiles from Egypt knew that Jehovah was not
the same as the Egyptian god Aten, and so they presumed
he must be the equivalent of the great State God of Egypt.
It was decided, therefore, to add the name of that State-god
of Egypt to all prayers thereafter, and the name of that Egyptian
god was "Amen". To this day, the name of Amen is still recited
at the end of prayers in both Jewish and Christian religions.
- Genesis of the Grail Kings
by Sir Laurence Gardner; pg. 6

Finally, we may note that the word "Amen" occurs in gnostic
spells… especially of Egyptian origin, and a sort of magical
efficacy seems to have been attributed to this word.. The
practice of answering "Amen" at the end of prayers appears
in the Canons of Hippolytus (No. 146) and in the Egyptian
Church Order (p. 101).
- New Advent Catholic Encyclopedia
Thurston, Herbert. "Amen."
The Catholic Encyclopedia.
Vol. 1. New York:
Robert Appleton Company, 1907.

When we did it in ignorance, maybe God looked past that.
But now that you know the truth, what will you do? Will you
continue to use the name of a pagan god to close your prayers?
Is it too hard to change that now? Because you’ve been using
the ‘amen’ tradition for a long time - will you rationalize and
justify why you keep on invoking the name of the Egyptian
god, Amen? Will you find a pastor or teacher to reassure you
that "it’s okay to say ‘amen’ - Or will you give thanks to God for
revealing His truth and stop using the name of a pagan god?"
-And they all Said, "AMEN"
by J.D. Roberts

The true followers of Jehovah and
His son will know what to do.

Marriage Is God’s Arrangement
wedding cake 13
Many people believe that God approves of any kind
of a relationship. People live together without marriage
and many people have a same-sex realtionship.

What does God's book, the Bible, have to say about that?

18 And Jehovah God said, It is not good that the man
should be alone; I will make him a help meet for him.

(Genesis 2:18) (American Standard Version)

With that in mind, people have been seeking to find
“someone special” to share their lives with. The type
of relationship that God approves of is male-female:

4 "Haven't you read the Scriptures?" Jesus replied.
"They record that from the beginning `God made
them male and female.' 5 And he said,`This explains
why a man leaves his father and mother and is joined
to his wife, and the two are united into one.' 6 Since
they are no longer two but one, let no one separate
them, for God has joined them together."
(Matthew 19:4-6) (New Living Translation)

A good woman is hard to find, but well worth looking for:

10 A capable, intelligent, and virtuous woman--who
is he who can find her? She is far more precious
than jewels and her value is far above rubies or pearls.
(Proverbs 31:10) (Amplified Bible)

Some men use the services of a prostitute instead of marrying.

Is that wise?

3 The man who loves wisdom brings joy to his father, but
if he hangs around with prostitutes, his wealth is wasted.
(Proverbs 29:3) (NLT)

Many men have a good wife but do not treat her decently.

What does the Bible say?

28 In the same way husbands should love their wives
as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves
himself. 29 For no one ever hated his own flesh, but
nourishes and cherishes it, just as Christ does the
church, 30  because we are members of his body.
31 "Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother
and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become
one flesh."
(Ephesians 5:28-31) (English Standard Version)

What about a bad wife?

4 An excellent wife is the crown of her husband, but
she who brings shame is like rottenness in his bones.
(Proverbs 12:4) (ESV)

Some have relations with other people’s spouses or
indulge in a same-sex relationship.

What does the Bible have to say about that?

22"Do not practice homosexuality; it is a detestable sin.
(Leviticus 18:22) (NLT)

9 Don't you know that those who do wrong will have
no share in the Kingdom of God? Don't fool your-
selves. Those who indulge in sexual sin, who are idol
worshipers,
adulterers, male prostitutes, homo-
sexuals
, 10 thieves, greedy people, drunkards,
abusers, and swindlers--none of these will have a
share in the Kingdom of God.
(1Corinthians 6:9-10) (NLT)

* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

Marriage is God’s arrangement. By Him it was designed.
It forms a bond of union, brings blessings to mankind.
Yoking a man and woman in this most sacred state
helps them serve God together, each one with his own mate.

God has an ancient guidebook with counsel good and wise.
It tells of god-like headship, which husbands exercise.
”Love her as your own body.” This God requires of them.
She who respects her husband is like a precious gem.

Cords of three strands are stronger than those of only two.

When God is in the marriage then problems will be few.

There’s greater joy in giving. This truth we all must learn.
So as we serve Jehovah, to give is our concern.

(Song 117 - Sing Praises to Jehovah)

* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

People in this present world have a choice to make: they
can be obedient to God’s ways or defy Him and do as
they please. The wise person will learn what pleases God
and obey Him. The foolish will be disobedient. This is
described in the Bible as “separating the sheep from the
goats”:

31 “When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all
the angels with him, he will sit on his throne in
heavenly glory. 32 All the nations will be gathered
before him, and he will separate the people one from
another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the
goats. 33 He will put the sheep on his right and the
goats on his left.
(Matthew 25:31-33) (NIV)

Who are the "sheep"?

27 My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they
follow me. 28 I give them eternal life, and they shall
never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand.
(John 10:27-28) (NIV)

Yes, Christ, himself will arrive to take over rulership
of the world, as the Bible promised long ago. He himself
will see what people are doing and separate them into two
groups. What will happen to these two groups of people?

34 “Then the King will say to those on his right,
‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take
your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you
since the creation of the world.
(Matthew 25:34) (NIV)

The “goats” are the ones who do not follow the shepherd.
They are not necessarily mean and evil people; they are
just willfully disobedient.

What will happen to them?

goat2

41 “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart
from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire
prepared for the devil and his angels. 46 “Then they
will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous
to eternal life.”

(Matthew 25:41,46) (NIV)

Will it be worth it?
Are the pleasures of sexual sin worth the cost?

Now is the time to consider these things.

37
As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming
of the Son of Man. 38 For in the days before the flood, people
were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage,
up to the day Noah entered the ark; 39 and they knew nothing
about what would happen until the flood came and took them
all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man.
(Matthew 24:37-39) (NIV)
